Minnesota Realtors sent out this summary for home sales in 2021. Home sales were up while at the same time the number of houses on the market and new listings was down.
The length of time that it took to sell a house was down by over 28% from 2020. Days on the Market will remain low in 2022 and here in St. Paul will be less than 20 days on average. Median prices rose in 2021. I guess that is old news.
2021 was definitely a good year for home sellers.
