I found a post that I wrote on this blog on December 26th 2007. Funny how the weather during the winter of 2007 doesn’t really stand out in my mind. All I really remember about that winter is how hard it was to sell a house and how home prices were trending downward.
This year there is no snow so far and it was 54 degrees yesterday there are less than 1000 homes on the market in St. Paul and prices are stable but lower than they were in 2007. I am older and smarter than I was that winter but we still have the yellow shovel.

The snowiest December in 20 years. Two storms already this week and two more on the way. Let it snow.
