This was taken Sunday under the Wabasha street bridge on Raspberry Island. Sunday was the first day of our February thaw and the weather brought people out to the parks.

I’ve read enough about the bitter cold. Hmm…maybe they should start looking at these pictures. St. Paul sure looks different from what some people portray it to be. Can’t wait to visit, Teresa. You’re a good saleswoman.
