I have always wondered how Santa does it. Apparently, he has a list of rooftops and works off of that list. This data used to be available on the City of St. Paul web site. It is probably still there but hidden. Who knows maybe Santa had the data and gave it to the city.
The median age of a house in St. Paul is 80. The oldest houses are in the neighborhoods closest to downtown. The newest neighborhoods are the battle Creek – Highwood hills and Highland Park neighborhoods.
There is new construction here and there but it is generally big and expensive.
