Yesterday we looked at some national home sale numbers for April 2022. I am not sure why it takes so long to get the numbers but it does. Today we have some numbers for all of Minnesota for May 2022. Home sales are down from May 2021 which was a record-breaking month. Prices are up 10% since last May.
Homes are selling faster this May than last and there are 5% more houses on the market. The seller’s market remains strong. We may see some easing up by late summer early fall but still no buyer’s market in sight.
