Downtown St. Paul has seen a lot of changes over the last couple of years with the opening of the new ballpark and the new light rail line. There is a lot more going on with the construction of new apartments. The population of the downtown area continues to grow and there are even businesses open at night. The downtown condo market is doing just fine. The number of sales is up and median prices are down slightly from what they were during the peak in 2006.
