It is true that the buyers I work with see more homes that are for sale in an afternoon or evening than can be seen during a month of open houses. Sometimes we even go out on Sunday afternoon but we don’t have to. My buyers get private showings and they get to choose a time that works for them so that if they want to they can go do something else on Sunday afternoon. After all it is spring.
