It is Friday and Fridays are for fun. A picture from a happier time when we used to go to the bridges and parks and watch a public fireworks display. I am happy to have the pictures. I think this one is from 2012. For many years there were fireworks displays on the grounds of the State Capitol building. They could be seen for miles around and were enjoyed by many from their own back yard.
Enjoy your July 4th holiday weekend and be careful out there, it is going to be a hot dry smokey holiday.
Fireworks are illegal in St. Paul but the law isn’t enforced.
