June home sales by neighborhood

I have some numbers for June home sales in St. Paul, MN by neighborhood because real estate really is that local.  June 2015 was an unusual month for home prices because the median sale price was higher than the median asking price. That sometimes happens in a sellers market. Overall median home sale prices were $181,250 in June which is up from $169,500 in May. Typically home sale prices peak for the year in the spring or early summer. Pending sales were up slightly from a month ago and new the number of new listings was down ever so slightly.
