The Minnesota state fair was virtual last year. This year masks are requested but not required and vaccinations are not required. On the plus side, the fair is a mostly outdoor event. On the minus side, the Delta virus is highly contagious with cases and deaths rising. In fact, there are about twice as many new cases of Covid-19 in Minnesota each day this year than there were at this time last year.
