I decided to look at some more May home sales numbers. May had a lower than the average number of home sales which is because fewer people decided to sell their homes in April possibly because of COVID-19 and stay at home orders.
There was slightly less than a two month supply of homes on the market which is very low.
We now know that we are in a recession that started in February. The inventory of homes for sale remains low.
