Winter 21/22 weather forecast

It is Friday and Fridays are for fun. I have seen several long-range forecasts for Minnesota. According to experts it could be colder than normal or it could be warmer than average or we could have an above-average snowfall or less snow, or an average amount of snow. It could go either way they say.

I have seen visuals with maps that are color-coded. Sometimes the Twin Cities are on the warm side of the line and sometimes we are on the cold side, just like last winter.

With so much information at my fingertips, I have decided that there is a good chance we will need shovels and sweaters this winter and probably gloves and boots too.

I’ll make my own prediction that there will be a cold snap in February that will last two to seven days and the cold will hurt my face when I go outside.

Get ready for it!

It is safe to assume that we will have winter this year and that there will be cold and snow sometimes above and other times below average.
