There are plenty of people who want to sell their homes and they want to know if it will sell. Any home can be sold and some will sell very quickly. It has to do with price. It isn’t just the lowest priced homes that are selling it is the homes that are the best bargains. This is not what sellers want to hear but that doesn’t make it less true. I think going forward we will see more people hanging onto their homes for longer periods of time rather than selling them. People who wish to buy a home should only do so if they plan to own it for many years. As the economy improves . . I am not sure when it will start improving . . I think we will see a greater demand for home improvement products as people will begin to make the homes they have better instead of looking for another.
