The dining room . . not just for dinner

Just some random photographs of dining rooms and they are not all in the same home.  Some buyers ask for homes with formal dining rooms and others don’t care.  I wonder how many get used for dining?  Sunday dinner perhaps?

  1. I’m sure not many get used on a regular basis, but people who have lots of family like to have the option. I really like the middle one, probably because I love historic homes. I bet this home is amazing; love all the woodwork, built-ins and that row of windows, Beautiful pictures, as always, T!

thanks and the one in the middle is by far the hardest to photograph which would be why you don’t see them in the magazines or in photographers portfolios. I love the style too.

  2. I think it depends on how much space you have in the kitchen. If the large table fits fine a lot of home owners are converting the dinning room into office space or a play area.
