We will reach temperatures in the 90’s here in St. Paul today but if you look at homes for sale it is possible to find pictures of homes surrounded by snow. I don’t think snow sells real estate. Buyers may be getting the impression that your home has been on the market for a very long time and may decide that it isn’t even worth looking at.
If your home has been on the market since last winter which is fairly rare these days because most homes sell quickly, ask to have a new photo taken.
