Chair
It is Friday and Fridays are for fun. I have a confession to make. I have watched both political conventions. I watched the parts that were on TV during prime time. I almost missed Michelle Obama’s speech the other night because I was writing an offer on a house for some Republicans.
The conventions make me laugh and cry and hoot and hollar and throw things at the television as both parties tell stories and the people who believe in the party believe the stories because they are told by their party and they believe that the stories told by the other party are stupid or that they are lies.
Most of the stories told by both parties were about immigrants pulling themselves up by their boot straps. There are times when I wish I could afford a good pair of boots. Maybe some day.
For me there were two highlights and they were Clint Eastwood talking to the chair and Bill Clinton’s speech. Clint Eastwood made my day and Clinton really knows how to give a speech. I enjoyed listening to Michelle Obama and Anne Romney but I think they both have to say good things about their husbands and they may be biased.
There is no better entertainment than the political conventions and thank goodness they are over so I can get on with my life.
Thank goodness both party parties are finished so that RealEstate contracts are the best use of prime time.
