 We use a lot of technology to sell homes these days.   Buyers are on the internet right now looking for that perfect home.   Yet the for sale sign and the real estate flyer are still two of the least expensive and most valuable marketing tools for marketing a home.  Finding an empty flyer box is fairly common. 

If your home is on the market ask your agent for extra flyers.  If you live in the home check the box every day and make sure it always has flyers in it.

  1. Teresa this is an excellent point! While technology and the internet have become incredibly important to the way people view homes some of the “older” methods still offer great benefit.
