It is Friday and Fridays are for fun. I associate the month of July with flowers because so many flowering plants bloom in July. There won’t be as many wildflowers along the river or in the woods this year because of the drought but my front and back porches are in full bloom and so are parts of the yard.
The hostas have started blooming and coneflowers are just getting started. The milkweed and butterfly weed are at their peak of pink and orangeness.
