Every year I take some winter carnival pictures. This year I only got a few pictures because it has been cold . . yah I know it is supposed to be cold for the winter carnival. 🙂
Here are a couple of ice sculptures. They are in Rice Park and I think today is the last day to see them.
Your pictures always make St Paul look attractive. I don’t think Tampa will ever host a winter festival replete with ice carvings.
