What a great question one of my sellers asked over the weekend. How many people will need to see his home before someone makes an offer?

In general if a home is getting a lot of showings that is a good sign but it isn’t the same as getting an offer. After about 1o showings or 10 days on the market, which ever comes first it is a good idea to re-evaluate the situation. Is he home priced right?
What kind of feedback are the buyers giving us? Have other similar homes been put on the market and if so how are they priced and do they have offers on them?
