Today marks the 30th anniversary of the great Halloween Blizzard. Halloween 1991 was the scariest Halloween ever. The storm dropped 28 inches of snow. What stands out in my mind was the way the temperature dropped and how hard it was to keep the steps clear for the trick or treaters.
