It is Friday and Fridays are for fun. I have been planning for the winter. A few weeks ago I ordered these wire thingies (Yaktraks) that fit over the bottoms of boots so that I can navigate city sidewalks in the winter without our falling on my A$$. Walking in the streets isn’t an option because they are usually worse than the sidewalks.
I walk in the spring, summer, fall, and winter. I walk forward and backward too. I walk to the grocery store and I walk downtown. I walk to the river . . well you get the picture.
Walking in St. Paul is fairly dangerous but with proper precautions, it is doable. It could be worse. We don’t have fires, hurricanes and earthquakes. Floods happen but never in the winter.
