Happy Saint Patrick’s day! During the first two years of the pandemic, many St. Patrick’s day activities were canceled or significantly changed. Today as we start year three of the pandemic we celebrate St. Patrick’s day much the same way as we did during the before time. That means the bars are open and masks and vaccinations are not required.
Yes, there will be a parade this year too in downtown St. Paul. It will start at CHS field at noon and end in Rice Park. It will be a nice day for a parade with temperatures well above freezing but still cold.
