My face

It is Friday and Fridays are for fun.  I am not sure if I want to make fun of my face lets just say I am not very photogenic.   It is a requirement for all Realtors to have picutres of themselves plastered all over the place. They make us use our own heads for the photos too which is unfortunate but the rules do not specify that the photo has to be taken in this decade or even this century which is a good thing because we don't need any more rules.

Every three to five years I scrounge up a new photo even though I know my high school graduation picture would work just fine. The whole photograph thing is filled with drama and trauma for me and I had to think long and hard about getting a real estate licence because of it.  I feel as though I belong on the view finder side of the camera and dislike being on the other side.  

My friends have tried to get photos of me but I have not been very cooperative. (or so they say)  When I was unable to have a suitable photo taken and by suitable I mean one that looks nice, not one that looks like me, I  asked around and a friend came to the rescue with a photo she took last year and in doing so she changed my definition of friendship.  Friends are people who find photos of you and take the wrinkles out of them before they email them to you. I have had my share of imaginary friends and indivisible friends but that is probably too much information and it doesn't have anything to do with head shots or wrinkles.

People go to great lengths to look their best on-line.  I found this YouTube video few years ago and it always makes me smile and it makes me wish my photoshoping skills were better.
