This is an excellent video! Unfortunately I’ve experienced a circumstance like this not long ago… A homeowner contacted me seeking assistance only to discover that she had deeded her property over to someone she thought was going to help her a couple of weeks prior.
Ricardo – chances are she called a total stranger and said that she is desperate an losing her home which is why this video is so important.
