Selling Mom’s house

My elderly parents eventually had to move even though they really did not want to. Neither one of them was able to help with the sale. I am thankful that I was able to get through the process and I knew how to handle it because I am a Realtor® and real estate broker and have had experience helping elderly neighbors, parents and friends move to assisted living, senior apartments or nursing homes.

I have helped families who inherited property sell it.

Often the homes are not ready to sell and need some repairs, fresh paint, flooring and yard work before they are put on the market. Homes can always be sold as is but sometimes they can be sold for a lot more by spending just a little. I can make suggestions and I have a list of vendors who can provide a variety of services at reasonable prices.

My fees are lower than what some of the larger real estate companies charge and I am free to offer a variety of services including assisted for sale by owner and consulting services. I can also offer full service and can remend attorneys who specialize in elder law and estates. I know how to work with families who may not agree with each other or get along with each other.

Selling a loved ones property can be emotionally draining. I know because I had to do it on my own while caring for ailing parents. I want to use all that I have learned to help others who are facing the same kind of situation.

Please contact me for more information 651.216.4603 or fill out the contact form. I am always happy to meet in person and can even come to your home or office.
