In Honor of the Latest changes in Page Rank
Sad to say but the weenie has gone from a page rank 4 to a 3. I hang my head in shame and worry that my peers on the re-net will think less of me than they already do. I will understand if no one wants to read this blog any more. St. Paul Real Estate is still a PR5, no one really knows why. I see evidence that people read it. One late night reader has been leaving cracker crumbs.

I think Google is smoking something.
My old wordpress.com blog that I left open but stopped posting to months ago is a PR 4, while my current blog dropped to PR 3 (I too feel the shame)

Actually, this is exactly why I read the Weenie. Cutting edge news and commentary. I didn't even know a page rank update thingy was going on.
Now if I could only figure out why I should care.

From my experience google,it seems, values good links from reputable directories like Yahoo directory,joeant,business.com,etc.
When I got a page rank 3 in about six months I was surprised myself. But my gut tells me it was primarily because of those directories.
Anyhow, I don't think that was info. you were asking or implying, either way that's my lucky story.
