I was out showing homes last week and I went to this home. The sign cracked me up so I took pictures of it front and back.
It is a regular real estate sign, with a pool rider, and a flyer inside a sheet protectory tie wrapped to the rider.
So the agent only had one color flyer of the property and it is not to be removed, there were no other flyers available.
I wonder what this agent's listing presentation was like.
"If you want me to list it for 5% instead of 6% I'll have to limit the marketing budget to only one color flyer
out front"
Seller, "Ok, sounds good to me"

I like it when you go inside a home to find the seller's disclosure on the counter with huge print on the front saying "Do Not Take". Of course there are no other copies laying around for my client to read in the car as we visit the next house. The seller must think this is "private" information, only available if you sign on the dotted line!

Jennifer - I think they run out and the last copy says do not take. What I find amazing is that so many homes do not have any sellers disclosures in them even though the department of commerce says that they have to be there at all times.
