If you would like to buy or sell a condo you need to work with an expert. Buying and selling condos is a little different than buying or selling other types of homes and I have worked with a lot of condo owners and buyers over the years and I know the St. Paul condo market.
There are a lot of all inclusive condo directories created by people who have never actually seen the condo building. The goal is to get people interested and then refer them out to agents . . . for a fee of course . . who know the buildings. I don’t know much about the Minneapolis condo market and I probably could not help you find the right unit in Blaine but if you want to live in St. Paul or close by I am the local expert.
