As I reported yesterday the inventory of homes on the market is low again and as a result we continue to see multiple offer situations. Buyers who are working with agents who can not write an offer on their smart phone or tablet or who do not use electronic signatures may be at a disadvantage.
Speed does matter and to be honest even neatness and completeness count. If there are two almost identical offers, but one of then is made by an agent who is easy to work with and experienced that offer could have an advantage. We can only sell each home to one buyer and often get more than one good offer.
Buyers need to be pre-approved and ready to go and they need to make sure that their agent is also ready to go.
