I like to say that real estate is local but what does that mean? For one thing real estate is regulated on the local level in each state by the state department of commerce. The laws that govern the way we buy and sell real estate are different in each state.
Sometimes I go on the big national web sites and I read the generic advice and it just doesn’t apply to Minnesota. Our contracts are different and so are our laws. There are some real estate topics that are pretty generic like how to get a home ready to sell or tips for buyers on how to find the right home.
For answers to specific questions about how to buy or sell a home in Minnesota feel free to search this blog or send me an email with your question.
