One of my readers asked if the condo market is doing as well as the general housing market in St. Paul. I would have to say no but it isn't lagging far behind. In general condos and town houses take an average of a month longer than other types of homes to sell.
The most expensive condos in St. Paul are in downtown St. Paul and that is a separate market with higher average sale prices and more days on market to sell.
Home values continue to go up in St. Paul for all types of housing from what they were in 2011 but home prices on average are still lower than they were decade ago.
