This is fourth street in downtown St. Paul you can see the roof of the Farmers market to the right in both photos. The first one was taken in the summer of 2010 and the second was taken about a week ago. This is progress for Light Rail.

Wow, awesome pictures. This light rail project has created a lot issues for businesses and driving. I was around the UofM campus the other day and SE Washington Ave is also torn apart. Not good for business or commuters.
