It is Friday and Fridays are for fun. In 2006 I hosted the first ever annual virtual pumpkin carving contest right here on this blog. It was so innovative that . . . well I guess it was innovative. I ran the contest again last year. Mostly because it wouldn’t be an annual contest if I didn’t run it annually.
The rules of the contest are simple. I supply a graphic of a pumpkin and contestants decorate it using only the Microsoft Paint program that comes with most computers. Both years people told me that they wanted to enter but that they couldn’t do anything with the paint program. One contestant even suggested that it is impossible. A few people cheated and used other programs so I had to reject their entries. In general there was way too much whining and it kind of got on my nerves.
Today I am posting this video just to show that amazing things can be done with MS Paint. It just takes a little imagination and some patience. If you have read this far there is a good chance that you have both .
I will run the contest again this year. I think. Stay tuned . . .

But of course you can enter this year.
I guess I’ll run it again? yah I will
This is the only reason I read your blog…and I suspect thousands of others to it for the same reason.
There are a couple of ways I could take this Got. I am goin gto take it in th emost positive way.
