Curb appeal is a subjective thing. I had one client, who is also a reader of my blog that does not like yellow houses. I had another who told me there is no such thing as a cute rambler, when I emailed her information about a rambler I had found for sale, that I thought was cute. Cute is a real estate term. One of my current buyers seems to gravitate toward any home that has a red door.
The home in the picture is a local land mark of sorts because of it’s architecture, Tudor Revival, built in 1904. It has curb appeal, the home is so beautiful from the outside that the owners would have to work very hard to make it look bad.
Homes that have curb appeal can be any age, size or style. They do have some things in common. They have great landscaping, yards that are neat and clean, and no peeling paint. The front walk way and door are always immaculate. They have a neat clean look, like the owners really care about their property.
Even though most home owners spend most of their time in a home looking at the inside instead of the outside, to most curb appeal is important.

Hi
It is a very beautiful house and I really like this house.
Hi
it is a great and beautiful house and what is the price of this house.
Right. The curb appeal may be THE most important thing, after price. If the home is lacking in appeal from the street view, the potential buyer may never go inside – and all’s lost.
Curb appeal is not just important it is a necessity in this market. Only the sharpest looking homes and foreclosures are selling. In addition even in a good market curb appeal is most likely the single most important aspect to encourage buyers to make a purchase. This is because the outside of the home is the first thing you see. If a buyer is turned off by the exterior looks of the home then in most cases they will not give the home a chance. Once they get inside they will be more critical of every aspect.
I always advise a clean up of the landscaping, at minimium fresh paint on the trim and to keep the front porch/walkway clean of all debri.
