"Take me Fishing" That is what it says on the side of the DNR building.  It is never too early to get ready for the fishing opener.   I heard a rumor that there is a movement to seperate the fishing opener and mothers day.  I suppose that means we won’t be having mothers day anymore, this is Minnesota, the land of 10,000 lakes.   The Minnesota DNR has a lovely building over at 500 Lafayette Road, St. Paul, MN.  I was over there the other day and just had to take a couple of pictures. 

All of that glass must confuse the birds, I hope they know what they are doing being the department of natural resources and all.
