It is Friday and Friday’s are for fun. This week instead of writing a bunch of stuff, and I do mean stuff, like I usually do on Friday’s I thought I would share my peeps. My peeps are on Flickr and probably a few other web sites. I set them free a few days ago so they could wonder around the web and am kind of waiting to see where they show up. If there is anyone on the planet who does not know what a peep is, here is a link to the official web site. Be careful it is very noisy.
I call this picture stoic peeps because they look so serious, maybe even a little nervous. They don’t need to be, I would never eat a peep, I just shoot them, with a camera of course.
I call this picture, "the great escape", becasue it looks like the peep is running away. I put this photo on Flickr and someone put a heat on it and invited the peep to join the "I love my pic group, and he did. Now he is a star.
It was fun taking peep pictures, I posed them in all sorts of different ways. When I was done I had to clean up all the yellow sugar that fell off of them but it was worth it. My husband doesn’t get why I do these things but that is OK, I am a grown up and I don’t have to ask for permission to shoot peeps in the kitchen.
Have a great weekend and if you feel like shooting peeps do it. Please don’t eat them or put them in the microwave, that is just gross.

Jennifer, do I seem like the kind of person that would put a peep in the microwave? It was Got Bob, if that is his real name who suggested it. Bad Got!
Halp! Halp! Th’ house is overrun with gooey yellow foul fowl–soooo foul are these phony fowl that my dog won’t even eat them Aaaaaah!
But microwaving them is cool! And it would present an interesting photo op!
Oh Jay—why did you suggest that? You have no idea what you’ve wrought! Oh well, we probably could use a new microwave, anyway.
I’m tryin’ it for sure now!!!
