This is my 100oth post on the St. Paul Real Estate Blog.  I decided to commemorate the occasion with a photo post.

The piece of real estate in the photos is owned by the city of St. Paul.  The Marjorie McNeely Conservatory located in Como Park, in St. Paul, MN.   We have beautiful parks here in St. Paul and plenty of them.  The conservatory is a great place to go on a cold day.  The sites and smells remind us of how lovely a Minnesota spring is.

If you have read any of my 1000 posts, I thank you.  if you just stop by to look at the pictures, that is OK too.  A special thanks to my neighbor and friend Erik Hare for writing a post every Sunday.

The program used for the slide show is Real Estate Shows, which I highly recommend. :)

Congratulations on 1,000 posts! *WOW*, that’s a LOT!

We have a snowstorm coming in tonight, and seeing your bright flower pictures just brightened my day. Spring is coming … somewhere!

Thanks for having me! It’s really great to be part of an important Saint Paul source of information and fun. You know as well as anyone that being here has helped me practice and learn my own voice, so I owe you more than you owe me!

Thanks again, looking forward to the next 1,000 andmore!

Interesting note about the conservatory, they offer a beautiful and affordable location for weddings. My wife and I were married in the sunken garden room last year, and it couldn’t have been a nicer location.

Congrats on reaching the milestone, Ms. Boardman — it’s hard work to stay fresh, interesting and relevant for such a stretch, and you’ve done it with good humor, too. Hat tip to Erik H., as well. Now, what’s in store for the next 1,000? How about a series of posts on local politics, or restaurants/bars, or local notables?

  5. Wow! 1000 posts is a lot for such a shy being. Tell Daisy congrats! :)

    BTW the photos are lovely.

  6. bubble_up thanks for the input but I avoid politics and religion on my blog for personal reasons. As for restaurants we have mentioned a couple of them here. I guess there are many sites that review restaurants but no many that cover St. Paul real estate. it is kind 0f my own nitch. i would like to expand to cover more architecture and maybe home improvement tips.

KK – thanks! I think . . but I never really know. Think I met you 200 posts ago. :)
