Sorry for a sad loss for your city.
Your post brought me fond memories of another restaurateur, this one from my home town who passed away some years ago. He was also the kind of guy who was always at the door to greet you, always seemed excited to see you, rarely failed to buy you a drink, and never forgot to say thank you for coming.
Teresa, thanks for bringing posts like this to your blog. I am not always able to get out and see events like this one due to having two children under two.
Norm – Nick did a lot for our neighborhood. Every time I called and asked for something for the community center he said yes.
