We have never won an award before at the St. Paul Real Estate blog so this is pretty exciting. Larry Cragun, author of several blogs created an award for consumer related articles. I am thrilled to announce that our own Erik Hare, of AllSaintPaul, had a winning post, and one of my favorites too! It's the Community Stupid!
I can't thank Erik enough for writing a post every Sunday. He is a neighbor that I have known for many years and writes for the fun of it. My goal is to provide unique local content, instead of writing about what everyone else is writing about. Erik provides unique content, from the perspective of a long time St. Paul resident and home owner.
