The numbers shown above are for the month of  January, 2007.  The numbers in the table are from the regional multiple listing service, which claims to have reliable data but does not guarantee the numbers.  All activity involving residential units that were listed in the RMLS and are with in the city limits of St. Paul, MN are included in the numbers.

The number of homes on the market has gone down since last December, and the number of homes sold has risen.  Buyer activity is strong and will become stronger as we approach the Spring market.
