December home prices by St. Paul Neighborhood.  The data used to make this chart comes from the RMLS, regional multiple listing service and is deemed reliable but not guaranteed accurate.

Buyer activity has picked up in the past month, the number of new listings put on the market in December is down slightly from November.  The number of homes on the market has been decreasing slightly each month.
