What does coffee have to do with real estate? 

Everything!  For the past six months I have been a woman without an office. Since most of my job is on the phone, on the computer and in my car it really isn’t that hard to manage with a well equipped home office.

When I need to meet with clients or write an offer for a buyer I use local coffee shops. I prefer coffee shops with Internet access, which is best when it is free.  There are several such coffee shops close to my home with reliable free wireless access.  Caribou coffee plans to offer free internet access starting some time next month.  Currently they there is a charge to use it.

I have never understood why anyone would charge for internet access.
