Jay Merton, is a semi-retired handyman. He always does a great job for my clients but I have come to appreciate the way he wears suspenders. I hope everyone understands what I am getting at.
He also seems to have a superior command of the English language, except when he is having a tough time with a repair, then his vocabulary can become a string of four letter words. He has written a post on how to pronounce the word REALTOR. You see there is no ‘i’ in REALTOR, but people pronounce it realiter.
