On the Radio

Be sure to listen to The Home and Wealth Show  this Sunday from 10-12 Noon on KTLK 100.3 FM Newstalk.  Alex Stenbeck  of CTX mortgage and author of Behind the Mortgage has invited me to call in during the show to talk about one of my listings – 28o Richmond.  Alex recently admitted on his blog that he has visited St. Paul twice.  As a city we need to decide if Alex should be allowed to come back for a third time.  I will be making history by being the first St. Paul REALTOR on the show.

Naked Bugs

Larry Cragun, a fellow blogger was somehow amused by my post about box elder bugs.  Read they are back!  He likes to undress things, hence his blog:  Real Estate Undressed, he sent me an email indicating that he is going to start a series of posts about bugs.  He was going to use the title don’t bug me’ but instead has decided to take my advice and call it: ‘bugs undressed’.  He plans to write his first naked bug story on Saturday.
