What is a Tudor?  I am happy that you asked. It is an architectural style that is common in a couple of St. Paul neighborhood including MacGroveland.  Many were built in the 1920's. The stucco exteriors are common on these as is the steeply pitched roof and the decorative half timbe along the front and sides of the house.   They almost always have rounded fireplaces with a window on each side, a rounded front door, coved ceilings, oak woodwork and a lot of rounded door ways.   The style is European from the mid evil, or Tudor period starting in the late 1400's and extending to the early 1600's.  1852 Juliet has all of the important elements of a Tudor.
